Thanks for all the info.
A couple of more questions though.
1. I dont know if I can find my original receipt. Will they still replace?
2. Do I have to ship them back first and then they send a replacement set?
3. Can a local authorized dealer verify the problem and give me a replacement and facilitate the exchange?

2. No they ship first and have you reuse the same packaging to return them.
3. That's what I did. My local muffler shop took a look at it, I was hoping it wasn't a cat. They were able to figure out it was a bad weld. But they couldn't give an exchange. It has to come from the corporate office.

Ok I talked to FLowmaster and Basically your SOL if you don't have that receipt. However I have a local muffler shop that is a flow dealer and they are going to see if they can do somthing for me. I hope they can. I hate the buzzing noise!

have the same problem
Look for my post with a vid of what you are describing. I made a vid today showng the O/R x pipe flowmaster and vibrant resonator set up and I noticed it when I watched the vid. LOOK FOR MY POST
