It's been dyno tested that if you car came with a HC trap and don't put it back in you lose around 3 hp without a tune

I just read about the S&B intake, what do you guys think about it compared to the K&N intake? I am about to purchase a CAI but, I am not sure which one I'm going to go with (one that doesn't require a tune). Does anyone have the S&B? I've heard really good things about the K&N!

I ordered the Ford Racing CAI, which I believe is just a re-badged S&B CAI and according to an e-mail from Wayne Baker at JohnBleakleyFord, it doesn't require a tune either.
