Its not rocket science just plain nut and bolt stuff. Yesterday I changed my fronts (2007 GT/CS) with DBA rtors and Hawk pads, today the rears get done.
You'll need a few metric wrenches and sockets, and a c-clamp to depress the front caliper pistons. For the rear you'll need to get a disk brake pad install kit as the piston on the rear caliper has to rotate as it's bring depressed. Don't just try to depress it stright in. You can get the set at any Auto Zone or Advance Auto as free tool rental.
Get new disk pad retainer clips and a set of the litttle rubber boots. My GT has 26000 miles and I noticed the boots had started to deterioate a bit. Disk brake grease to lube the pins and back of the pad, and a can of brake cleaner to wipe down the rotors. Piece of coat hanger type wire to hang the calpers from while you work on the rotors--dont just let the caliper hang on its hose.

Yeah, you can get the clips and boots at either. Not expensive. If you don't have one, get a Hayne's Repair Manual--gives a step by step to replace both pads and rotors. If you've never done this before, just take your time and watch how the parts come off and in what order. Example, the boots don't just slide on the pins and caliper, they have to go over a raised area that seals them. Example, the front caliper pins don't have to be oriented, but the rear's do. Before and as you remove a part look at it to see how it's placed, don't just pull it off.
If you haven't done this before, figure about 30 minutes per brake to do it. First one's the hardest, next three are easy. Make sure you get the caliper piston tool--it will make the rear's go alot easier.
