Hey guys,
I don't have any power nor access to my emails today or so far tonight, I'm at a local UPS store posting this. The storm has knocked power out and phone lines in my neighborhood but they say I should be back on either tonight or tomorrow so wish me luck.
I promise to answer as many emails as humanly possible when I do have power again so please dont think I'm ignoring you!
In the mean time if you have any questions feel free to call me at 205-471-4597 as that's my cell and business line.

After viewing the destruction in places like New Orleans, Biloxi, etc, I think having to wait a few more days for an order sure "ain't no big thing"! Hope you and your family are ok.

Wow Doug - I had written to you Sunday and gotten my first response late yesterday - I had written you back today but OBVIOUSLY that can wait - stay safe and I hope you do not have any major complications in your area!!!

I am one of untold numbers of people that has had the pleasure of receiving the unsurpast customer service and support that Doug delivers, not to mention his awesome tunes.
I agree with the other posted comments: Doug take care of your family 1st as all of us in this area hit by the hurricane storms recover, lets be thankful we didn't get the full force of it like the ones right on the gulf coast. Tunes and CAI's can wait a few days.

Doug glad you and your family are ok. I was thinking that you probably felt some effects of the hurricane. After watching the coverage on TV it reminds me of how lucky I am to have what I have because it could be taken away any day. I hope you and all the other TMS members in the path of the hurricane return to life as normal as soon as possible.
