I was looking for a thread that I recalled where it appeared as though someone had this all figured out.

I finally found it. Here it is . . .

I spent 15 years bracket racing coil sprung Oldsmobiles when I was younger and took enough note of your original post on this subject to remember it because from my experience you were right on the money with your setup diagnosis .

You probably set your Buick up this way too, just a guess .

I didn't realize when I saw the post today that you were the originator of the post I was recalling so I went looking for it to assist with the question.

When I originally read the post it sounded to me like whoever posted had already bagged it so I was surprised to discover that it was you and that you were now looking for the setup. I answered your post in jest with humorus intent, hence the smilies and jester  .

I'm confident that bagging it will give you all the traction and lauch prowess you seek. I'm sorry if you took offense as it was not my intent to cause you any grief.

I believe Mike has abandoned his work on the 05 and has moved to a all out race 90lx.

David,
Did you go with the complete stainless works exhaust? Where did you buy it? Exhaust is my next mod.
Looking at the dynatech system as well.

I did go with the header's and back kit from SW. I bought them direct. I initially was dealing with Al. Pretty nice people and I really love the exhaust.
