I'm now focusing underhood and want to clean up that engine bay!! You can certainly see where Ford saved some $$'s - looks way too utilitarian.....anyone seen the intake cover for sale? Or how about the Strut tower covers similar to the ones that came on my LS?

thx!

Ford must have changed their minds at the last minute on that cover! Pop your hood and look at the indentation on the underside of the hood pad sure looks like the shape of that cover!

Yeah KC I saw that and am hoping that an aftermarket company will pick this up and run with it......would probably be of interest to most folks with '05's

Steeda has some pretty nice under the hood dress up items.

I said it ages ago. If someone makes that cover, ya the one FORD teased us all with, I'll buy it. Unless it is over $150.00 then they can kiss my

Hi there!

I just got a reply from Ford Parts Analysis on the cover!

{ The part you refer to was used in prototype only:no indication from engineering sources that this will be released for service.
