All this Turbo talk got me looking to see what other systems were out there. I came across this one from a company named Squires. This setup goes against conventional thinking where everything is contained in the engine bay. It seems to me that having the turbos and intakes under the car where the mufflers should be is just asking for problems. They have quite a few products with pretty good numbers, but they are expensive.

From what I have seen, a turbo system may be the way to go. The torque output is sick

Looks good, but probably too expensive for me, even though I'd love to have a twin turbo. I'm going to start up a thread on turbos vs. superchargers...

The STS systems are nothing new. Been around for quite a while and been working on their setup for the S197 for a while. At one point 169stang had contacted them about their setup, and it was quite pricey.

This kit was tied into another thread on here a while back. The squires kit is close 8 grand and it says on their site that a single turbo system is in the works.

Yes, I saw the price was close to 8g's also. Not gonna sell too many at that. I would think with such long runs after the turbo, it would be prone to a large pressure drop (lots of pipe connections to pass).
