there are 2 stations here in town that have 100 octane unleded at the pump

would there be any benefit to running a radical tune and running the 100 ?

i know that if you have lots of compression or a blower that more octane is better.

my car is stock with exception of the cold air/ tuner kit im getting from doug and axle back flomasters

This seller on eBay has a 100 octane tune. I'm sure others can make one as well.

Would there be any hp benefit though on a car with intake/tuner/exhaust though? Couldn't justify the added cost without noticeable gains.

if you are refering to the usage of 100 octane, yes, there will be gains. The timing is advanced, nothing more. You people can retune yourself, just bump up the global timing and test drive as you normally would.
