Another Exhaust Video!
#1
Well I did it again-
One word...BASSANI!
This is the exhaust sound I have been looking for. There are many reasons I love this system over the previous ones.
1. performance
2. sound - nice and loud
3. minimal drone
4. did I say sound?
Man this setup kicks butt. The curretn system is a Bassani X-pipe with cats and Bassani axlebacks.
Check out the video...Bassani Video
Another fun video...Stretch'n Her Legs

Very nice setup jay
I watched the video. The borla system is definately deeper and throatier by far. The bassani is a different sound altogether. Higher pitched and what can best be described as "gargaly"
Think of borlas as having the "BASS" up really high with the "TREBLE" very low.
Though you can't really tell though the video, I'd be willing to bet that the Borla system is still at least a bit louder than the Bassani with headers.
Based on what pete told us, it is quite a bit louder than the Magnapacks with headers (i believe). That says a lot.

As a side note, did you just get yelled at by your wife for smoking the tires?

It was all in good fun. We actually had a crowd watching us tape. My wife really enjoyed it.
Thanks for all the comments!

Just curious what this setup cost ya and where you got it from. I have found the Bassani mufflers for like 749!!! is this high?? Also did you do the install of the X pipe and cats yourself? Did they line up pretty easy? Thanks and sorry for all the questions!

Check around because most have free shipping.
As far as installing the x-pipe, I had some help on them (which I'm glad I did) because it is much easier to have a lift to adjust everything right. As far as the axlebacks- a good set of jack stands and some minimal mechanics knowledge will get you going in your driveway.

Thanks for the vids, those sound pretty good. But, in all honesty, I must say I still like the loudmouths much better. And my wife likes doing burnouts as much as I do. hehe
