Driving back from a show yesterday, went through a tunnel so felt like making some noise I downshifted to fourth and laid into it, car started moving then dropped power for a split second, and then went right back to full throttle. I was doing 60 or so and had traction control on, did I really upset the traction control at 60mph with 300rwhp and 295's? Yes, I could have dropped to 3rd, but was not actually looking for highest possible acceleration.

 

Could it be the old problem of "hesitation after a long cruise" ?
