$400 to spend...
I have $400 to spend. Should i get a Tune, FR GTA's or a C&L CAI with tuneless insert?

I voted Custom Tune. Get a Custom Tune and a Drop In K&N, You will still see a difference in performance, expecially if you have an Automatic.
