Just curious if anyone running 4:30's or 4:33's , is running them on the street at all? If so , what do you think of them for normal driving as opposed to the 3:55's? Im thinking going 4:33 because I live way up in Colorado, and I think they will help my times out more than just going with 4:10's. My car is garaged through the winter , as I have another vehicle as a daily driver, but I still want to be able to drive on the highway and such without problems.....Any thoughts ??

no problems with my 4.30s...one heck of a rush when i hit it. there was a noticeable diff going from 4.10 to 4.30, so goin from stock to 4.30 will blow you away.

mileage is approx 15/21 under real life conditions, about a 2mpg loss over stock.

turns ~3050 rpm at 80 on the highway

they are a lil too extreme for just daily drivin i would say tho, even tho i have them for that very purpose...be prepared to shift alot (and go 15mph in 5th gear haha)

No problems at all, they are the same as my '86 w/4.10's due to the taller tire. Finally, someone getting 4.30's!

I have 4.10's with low profile tires which gives a 4.26 prox. ratio and it's fine for daily as long as you get used to starting in 2nd gear.
