$23.00 = 2 Mods completed today
All in all these Mods cost me $23.00 and will help to keep the car much cooler not only during normal driving but at the track as well
Mod 1 $8.00 per bottle (2 bottles one for car one for S/C coolant): Water Wetter. If you’ve never heard of this you put the bottle of this pink liquid in your coolant in the car. It will lower your coolant and engine temps. I used to use it in my Liquid cooled Computer and it brought the temps down significantly. This will help keep our cars cooler during the summer. I used a second bottle of water wetter in the S/C coolant tank as well for added cooling properties.

Mod 2: $7.00: Electric Fan Switch. I wired up a switch to the electric engine fan so now I can run the fan to cool the car at the track without running the car. Now this combined with cycling the intercooler pump will significantly cool the car between runs at the track. This also acts to pull the air through the S/C heat exchanger as well as the Cars radiator to further cool the car and the S/C coolant.

Without an electric water pump to cycle the water around the engine, you'll only be cooling the water that is in the radiator. Won't do too much good if you ask me.

Solder a wire to pin 85 of the low speed fan relay. Run that wire to a 2-prong switch, and then ground the other prong. With the key on, flick the switch and the fan runs.
