2007 Mustang GT 5-Speed Manual Shift Points

Going to go back to the track in a couple of weeks. Only mods are Doug's 93 Torque/Perf. tune and a JLT CAI kit.

Where are you guys shifting at for the best times? When I was stock I would shift at 6200-6300rpm. Is it adviseable to run it up to 6500rpm? I think the rev limiter is set at 6700.

Thank!

Because of the wide ratio trans in the Mustang GT there are no optimim shift points because the gear torque curves never overlap. Its a matter of going as high as you dare or when the torque curve starts to drop off. Surely you now have some new power / torque curves for your new tune? The will answer you rpm shift question.
