What does Everybody Prefer Bullit or the Upgrade Wheels on Their 05
GT Stang! I prefer The Bullits By a Huge Margin Because I feel They are Retro and That was the Look I wanted! I also Put the V6 Spinners on Mine vs the Pony Style Accessory Kit! I would Just Like to Know what other People Like and Why?

hey 05stangkc, where'd you get those v6 spinners for your bullits? heard somewhere they could be ordered through a catalog but can't find it. thanks

 

The v6 spinners can be ordered individually via ford# 4r3z1130fa they have a grey center with the ford oval! I think they are more Gt Looking than the Accessory Running Horse Kit! They Work on the Bullit Wheels Just Fine! I made a tool for removing the Center Caps after removing one of the wheels and seeing how it was held in place! I took an old Gasket Scraper and ground it down to about 1/2 inch wide made the end fairly sharp with a quick taper to pop out the old cap! If you are Afraid of Damaging the wheel you will have to remove each wheel! Also if you do not want the Spinners to RATTLE You will need to take out the tension Ring from the Spinners and expand it about a half an inch! If you would like to see the Running Horse spinners go to you local ford Parts Dealer and get the 2005 ford Mustang accessory book or the 2005 Ford accessory Wheel Catalog!
Your Dealer May not Be aware of These Books! If not tell Him to Check in his Dealer E-store! While he is in There Tell Him to Order Some FREE 2005 Mustang Posters! They are Out There!!!!!!!! Also I will Post the Kit # for the running horse spinners Tommorrow when I get to Work! Oh by the way these Spinners do not fit The Earlier Bullit Wheels the center hub is different!

 

Personally I think this combo is hard to beat.

That combination looks weird! It looks like a "mutant" wheel...knockoffs are supposed to be on wire wheels (like I had on my '67 Acapulco Blue Coupe- may she rest in peace). DO NOT BUY THESE WHEELS and disgrace the Mustang heritage!

I think that the bullet rims look good on my Mineral Grey, but I think that the machined look better on the Torch Red.

 

I voted for the machined wheels. I think they look better on certain colors like Windveil Blue( which I'm getting)but, the bullitts look better on other colors like white which is my 2nd choice. I need an all of the above button!
