2005-06 Mustang Gt SLP Exhaust - For Sale

SLP LoudMouth Axle-Back Exhaust, 2005-06 Mustang GT
Your 05 GT packs a 300-horse thoroughbred of an engine. Why bottle it up with restrictive, wimpy-sounding stock mufflers? Unleash the stallion within, with a Loud Mouth rear-section exhaust system from SLP Performance Parts. This affordable, easy-to-install kit eliminates the factory mufflers entirely, drastically reducing backpressure for enhanced power and a mind-blowing performance sound. Nothing else even comes close!

Features
  • Mandrel-bent 2.5" tubing offers unbeatable flow characteristics
  • Significantly lighter than the OEM muffler assembly
  • Installs in under 30 minutes
  • Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel
  • Hand-polished, 3.5" dual-wall tips provide a show-quality appearance
  • Emissions legal in all 50 states
  • Includes pre-welded hangers, detailed instructions, and all necessary installation hardware
  • Covered by SLPs Performance Guarantee and limited lifetime warranty
Exhaust tip does have a broken exhaust weld and hole where the hanger was welded. This could easily be repaired with a small cover plate and reweled hanger.
New list price is $342 (LM Performance)

EDIT (10.21.06): Asking price is "FREE"

Kinda off topic, but how do you like the new FRPP/Borla Stingers?

I can't believe Adrenalin "The Mover" hasn't put this in the classifieds yet.

You can if you want too, this is only the axle-back "muffler"

They are still on back order ... , its starting to get harder and harder to wait. I didn't order the FRPP's though. I ordered the "real" borlas (#11750)

Thanks

As mentioned above, this hole (outer wall only) could easily be fixed with a small plate (1.5"x2.5") welded on and then weld the hanger to that. And because this is located on the top of the exhaust tip, you wouldn't be able to see the repair once installed.

BUMP ..... I know this is an old thread ..... but these things have been sitting around for a long while and I really don't want to just throw them away. So the first person that wants the pipes can take them, not for sale anymore .... they are FREE.
