2 BMR Suspension Questions

I'm building the car towards track days at Watkins Glen International and maybe other road courses.

1.) I'm going with the BMR K member and I'm thinking about going with the one that is lowered 1/2 inch for blowers in hopes that the C&L intake manifold will fit under a STB if it proves to be a worth while mod. I am also going with Kooks or ARH LT's... does anyone know of any issues with this pairing?

2.) Are there any advantages to installing both adjustable UCA and LCA versus one adjustable and one fixed? I'm going Eibach/Tokicho route for suspension and maybe a coilover setup in the future if it matters.

Thanks

I have the standard BMR K-member and the Kooks LTs. The Kooks headers use a ball and socket coupling between the header collector and the H or X pipe. That should easily compensate for any misalignment issues from the engine sitting a little lower.

There is no advantage to go with upper and lower adjustable control arms. Just get the upper. But make sure you have a flex type polly bushing in the control arms.
