All it does is trick the computer into thinking the air coming in is colder than it is. It may add some horsepower, but who's going to return it for the $12 if it doesn't? Also, most people don't have a dyno, so they won't test it... and they'll think the car's faster because it's psychosomatic.

I even think my car is faster after I wash it!

 

all you will need is the tornado & you will really be getting the horsepower.
