Would a TV spacer be a waste of money?

The next step would be gears and headers. TB spacer lightens your wallet and does nothing else

tb spacers were originally designed for carbureted and tbi setups. they offer no gains for mpfi setups. in fact you might loose power with one.

what are your current mods? i could help you spend your money lol

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I have a question about longtubes...do they require a tune? I would assume so but not really 100% why and I'm sure this question could help the OP as well. Thanks guys

Absolutely. You won't have any rear O2 sensors so the car will run like crap.

after I put my long tubes on along with a high flow catted x pipe my check engine light went on but after about 100 miles of driving it went out on its own. Some people with this setup have stated they didn't need a tune. I did end up going with a tune because of my intake. I did go back to the stock intake for a while and the check engine light came on and never went back off on its own. Moody cars! Bottom line I would plan on getting a tune if your going to install long tube headers
