Red Star you have a point, but I for one, wouldn't be caught dead in a '92 civic.

I wouldn't mind owning '92-'95 Civic as winter car.

My Daily Driver is a 91 Integra, bought it for $3000 w/ 62K miles on it. Instead of putting money into the Acura's motor, I'll save it for the 'Stang.

I would've done the same thing.

yeah i guess the whole hp/$ argument doesn't really work, since you can just buy any car with an engine and throw money at it and it'll be fast.

but i guess it's all preference then...and i love the mustang

I used to sell Subarus and got to drive the Sti's often. They are fast cars but to me it still felt like an economy car with a bunch of stuff stuck on it to make it go fast, and nothing more. They don't seem to age too well either, after just a few years they look very old and tired. They are emotionless cars and they look quite dated as soon as the 'newer' versions come out with new headlights and plastic parts.

But people talk about them like they are so much more than just a tarted up economy car.

Yeah, that's because they're actually 4/5ths of a WRC car.

The Suburu WRX-STI-PQRS-TUV-LMNOP is clearly, on a scale of one to 3, My Favorite Car.

Yea right, go jump an STI off a loading dock, it'll come out just fine. I guess the additional $165,000.00 they charge for one is the gas guzzler tax.

Here's one thing we can agree on:

Women can be annoying.

Or, some of us who know women will agree on that.
