I like all Mustangs, but as far as it goes. around here, Blue has achieved seen one seen 'em all status. Nice but really another Blue one?

The pictures above don't show the kona blue in all its beauty because it is so overcast. The picture below shows what happens to kona when the sun is shining. The blues are brighter and the black metal flakes in the paint make the darks darker.

Kona Blue VS Deep Impact Blue
Great pics! It exactly shows the differences. DIB is brighter, Kona is more purple, and they are easily confused depending on the light.

Both colors are NOT Blue end of discussion. Take the sun away or at night time and both look Purple. Ford had a great Blue called Vista Blue and hasn't come back since 2009. In 2017 Ford has a new color for the Mustang called Lightning Blue but I don't think its a metallic so it'll be another dull color Ford has

Wow!!! S550's look good with the super snake wheels!! Minus the dry tires of course. You should get some tires shine

Is that chrome trim stock?

Hahaha thanks. My wife also commented on the not shiny tires.

Chrome trim is stock on the 50YLE cars.

Both nice colors...I would tend to gravitate toward the DIB. But, neither are as nice as the Vista Blue from a few years ago.

We're really happy with them, except that the rears stick out just a little too much for us to drop the car.
