Lots of drone with the Flowmasters I have heard and also from some previous Mustangs that I had that had FM's. I went with Roush mainly because of zero drone and a very aggressive tone.

Yesterday I was at a family party and it was the first time my one brother has seen my car. So I let him and his buddy (my brother's 47 and his buddy 55) take my car for a spin. I was out on the back deck with the rest of the family when we hear my car coming from a mile away at WOT. They flew past the back of the house on this back road at about 75. Some people were like "what the hell was that?" Even my 78 yr old father said, and I quote, "that's one mean sounding SOB!" So I hope this helps answer the question of which exhaust sounds more " aggressive ". And btw, this was the first time I've heard my car from the outside, I knew these suckers were mean sounding, but hearing it fly by at WOT gave me chills!

Drone with the flowmasters????? What the heck????? I have flowmaster american thunder classic on my 2011 GT, and there's no drone whatsoever! You want drone? Put a pair of borla stingers on your '05-09 GT. THAT'S DRONE!! I'm speaking from experience!!!! Gives you a ****in' headache the drone is so bad!!!!!!

I disagree. I have Flowmaster Super44's, not very different from the Flowmaster axle backs, and I have no drone to speak of. Can easily hold a normal conversation at 60 in 6th even while giving it gas. But outside the car, that's a different story. See the video in my sig.

From my personal experience Flowmaster 44s had the worst drone imaginable. I had them put on my 06 GT Vert and I consistently had headaches after driving due to the loud drone. I kept the 44s on for about a month and then ended up ripping em out and throwing some Magnaflows on. My Magnas had no drone whatsoever. I ended up trading that 'stang in for an '11 GT Vert and installed some Roush axelbacks on. They have ZERO drone and sound INCREDIBLE!!! They produce the sound that a real mustang should sound like!
