Currently have a MAC CAI, I believe. It was bought by my old man so I wasn't to picky on the brand and it has been a couple years or so since the install. Did some forum searches and reading on this and found some usefull info. So now I decided to ask more direct to get me some help on making a final desicion. I know this is gonna be a matter of opinion but here I go. Does a Straight Shot with a "heatshield" perform a little better then the Fenderwell setup? I know the Straight Shot is obviously shorter and has less bends compared to the Fenderwell setup. Would powder coating the Straight Shot help even more in heat reduction?
