Heres the thing about the two of em:
I drive MY car around- and get a little thrill. Construction workers and truck drivers make my day(what do they think,I am gonna pull over and say lets go?)
Its fricking hilarious. The downside, she also attracts negative attention from the donut eaters around here- my $134 ticket its proof positive.
I KNEW I had to have that car the second it rolled off the truck!
I drive the Tungsten around and get zippo attention. HOW can he blast around without a second glance? Its like this one flies under the radar. Not that I am allowed to drive him anymore or anything.......
As for it, I saw it on the lot on Friday when I was having my oil changed, Knew it had to come home with me, Drove it Saturday, Started the paperwork later that day and picked it up on Monday.
Eleanor is MY car, I waited 31 years for her to arrive and the very first person I went to show her to is my Dad- because he raised me to be a mustang person and taught me to identify any mustang on sight alone. I will pass Eleanor to my daughter when she turns 17. Ralph will go to my son when he turns 17. In turn, I will go and get TWO MORE mustangs for us.
My Dad also having the distinction of being the first one to light up the wheels on the new one.
He snitched the keys when I wasn't looking and went for a little joyride.

I gotta make up to my kids for what my Dad did to me when I was 16(age for license in alabama is now 17). I totaled his thunderbird the day I got my license. Didn't tell him. Parked it like normal. My mom saw the hood raised a few inches(I ran off the road and over a tree stump)
He took my license away for six months and bought me a 1981 camaro as punishment(which I had to pay for)- instead of the 67 mustang I had been promised..
soooooooo I will not repeat my parents mistakes(much) my daughter wants a beetle. BWAA HAA HAA.
