Corvette Forum comments on "Rustang"
I ran across this Mustang thread on a Corvette forum. I thought some of you guys might be amused by the comments.

Ha ha. My thoughts exactly. These guys paid so much more for their cars and are lusting after a Stang for it's 1/4 mile potential. As for the Vette getting more looks and being "sexier", I know that when I'm rolling around town with a Vette nearby, I'M the one getting all the looks!
Yep, they are sad that they spent more money for a vette than what they could have with a Mustang. Personally I have never liked the look of the corvettes, any of them. I think they are downright ugly. I'm not talking Ford vs Chevy, I love the 60s Camaros and Chevelle. I just think the Mustang has more of a wider visual appeal that the vette does. All car designers want to invoke emotions with their designs and the Mustang, IMO, does a better job at that.

It's funny, cause I hear people say the Vette is a faster and sexier and "America's hot rod" but the style is as bland anymore as the GTO.
It's just more Mustang haters, cause their cars are not getting the attention they're looking for. All that money and they can't beat a Mustang in 1/4 mile and they aren't getting the attention that the Mustang is getting. Pretty sad I paid about 22k for a car that draws more attention than one that costs about 45-50k.
They had a show on Spike TV about the best american cars through history. Vette was #1 and Mustang was #2.
Time to redo that show!
I would rather see a new Camaro than see a new Vette, especially if they retro the Camaro.

You want to know something that even more pathetic than a $22k mustang; Our 93 which cost us $6k gets the most looks on the street no matter what is beside it. Its the nicest looking fox in town. And ricers just make it look even better.
