The roush by a LONG shot. The Challenger R/T cannot even compete with a Bullit mustang...

A ROUSH Stage 2 is basically a GT Mustang with the ROUSH suspension kit. The ROUSH is definitely lighter in weight than the Charger. It would be interesting to see and drag and road race competition between the two.

Roush all the way. Challenger R/T can't even compete with Mustang GT.

I just saw an 09 Challenger R/T 6-speed 3.73 beat a stock GT. Overall they seem to be very competitively positioned with a slight edge in power to weight to the R/T.

However, from a handling standpoint, the R/T will not keep up with the Roush.

First time I've heard of an R/T beating a GT. I guess even a blind squirrel finds a nut.

We can beat the autos but the 6 speed with 3.73's is a killer.

Well to be fair, how long have th 09's been on the steet? Even Edmunds lame test data shows only a narrow margin between a Bullit and a manual R/T.

If you do the math, the R/T has a power to weight advantage over our GT's. We shall see as more hit the street.
