Well, a Ford dealer here. Not gonna say where from for obvious reasons, but I had to do this and then post it for you guys. I am actually pretty close to the Chrysler dealer in town and he was pretty hot-to-trot about his 05 300C (yes, with the stupid hemi). He called me at work and wanted to go have some fun. So, never one to back down on a challenge (I have beaten him with diesels too), I said ok. So, I take our Mustang GT 5-spd standard out. After making sure there was no traffic coming down the highway, I let him call it. And let me tell you, I knew the 300C would go pretty good, and I will give credit where credit it due, it moves for a big car. But it should with a motor that size. Anyways, I took him off the line easily, and gained a couple lengths, and steadily pulled ahead all the way to 200 km/h. (ok, now you know this is in Canada). That was the first time to that speed for that car, and it is amazing how well it holds the road. I backed off, even though there was a lot more left, but that is getting a little risky.
Moral of the story, the Mustang beats the 300C. No questions asked. I love beating him when he calls me on.
I had to do it, it just pissed me off when that thing won COTY.

First of all, you could easly buy Two Loaded Mustang GT's for one of the 300c. I figure you get a manual and automatic.
You would also have enough cash left over to put a supercharger on one of the GT's ( Including a piston/connection rod replacement )
The Super charged GT would dust the 300c in just about every catagory and you would still have a "tame" Gt for daily driving...
Think about it  ....

Ford Five Hundred is the Family car or a Windstar or a 4 Dorr F-350, NOT a NON-FORD...........IMO I am FORD only and WICKED ANTI-GM. i dont like that Charger thing, looks like the Wagon they have out which is a Hurse in Disguise.
