I placed my order on Saturday, March 5th for a 2005 Mustnang GT Convertible. It was the first convertible order placed at this dealership. On Monday, March 7th, I called my salesman to add convertible boot and active anti-theft. I still haven't received a VOC or DORA as of the last time I talked to him on Wednesday, March 9th. Shouldn't I have gotten these already if the order was placed??

For the VOC & DORA....are they original documents what the dealer will give to me, or copies of what the dealership receives? Are they obligated to give it to you or do you have to ask? Can they refuse to give it to you? Thanks for your help guys, this is very informative, and it's helping me avoid mistakes I made when I bought my 2002 GT Convertible. My sister got me D-plan, and I ordered that one March 9, 2002 and didn't get it until May 25, 2002.
