If you get the R compound tires, might as well get rotary forged lightweight wheels too!!
This is the set up I'm looking forward to purchasing in March.
Track on!!

Sadly I stand corrected, they were out of stock and no projected lead time so I settled on 18x9.5 (just gotta wait on money to drop back)

10 inch wheels would be better, but 9.5 inch will be OK

I am currently running 9 inch upfront and 10 inch in the rear. I would like to go 10 inch front and rear with a rotary forged wheelðŸ‘ðŸ»

have you heard anything about running square 18x10.5? Would we have to change anything?

Having a 10.5 up front would definitely need a spacer and high offset. 10" is preferred

Forgestars F14 have 18x10 with +42 offset but it lists for "rears" only. I don't understand, thoughts?

I am 99% sure you can run those 18x10 Forgestar's on all four corners with no problems. American Muscle is just being cautious with the fitment.

Vorschlag has 18x11's with "custom" offsets that will clear with some minor tweaks on the front end (I think it is just that you have to be running a good bit of camber)

Vorschlag's prices are competitive and they know what they are doing, so that would be a good place to buy them

You think the it's ok to run same offset since American Muscle only has one?

Yes I'm pretty sure it is the same offset for all 4, just like the original factory wheels are all the same width and same offset. But I am not positive what is the "correct" offset for 10" wheel.

I remember reading that you can't use the stock center caps with that wheel if used on the front. But given their purpose I don't think that will be a big issue for you.

Just completed NASA Trackday at Gateway Motorsport Park. Car held up great. Porsches (911s) all over me but **** exciting :-) no issues with brake fluid/DTC60&XP8 combo. Last session rear left brake had light smoke but considered normal. Car surprised me with with its ability, even with my new bucket seats found out harness is a must (car was able and doing the work but my body inside was leaning way too much) Was without instructor after 2nd session and signed off HPDE 1 at the end of day...hello HPDE 2 :-) Overall day was a great success and validated my mods/money invested. Can't wait for my tires to be delivered Monday (settled on NT05) and will order wheels in 2 weeks (Forgestars F14 18x10).

Sounds awesome, congrats on making HPDE2 in one event! Glad to hear the brake setup held up great. Can't wait to see some some pics/vids if you have any.

All photos are RedlinePhoto.com property. I met the owner, good guy, he was working all day. He terminated/hired new folks. I will definitely look into buying the real photo files :-) Porsches (911) were all over me :-)

Nice driving sir. I like your style, you drive wisely. Ease your way into speed the first few laps then gradually build. Well done!

Car looks great too, and sounds really good! What springs do you have? Looks like a great event!
