Are they getting out of the GA Cup business, or running a new car next year?

yup, its for sale. we already have plans to build at least one more car, and a second one just isn't that hard to do at the same time . . . just costs more money for parts. . .

Anyone seriously interested in one of the 03/04 Cobra Rehagen Racing cars can PM or email me for more info. I believe we currently have two complete cars, and one chassis in need of repair that would be up for sale.

Ken, you know, if you bought the car, Rehagen Racing would be more than willing to work out a deal for prepping and maintaining the car for you.

I appreciate that Brian. Just with all my projects right now, it would be cosidered gluttony. I have to finish off a couple of things, but it is definately a future plan.

I hear you, I'm often in the same boat . . .
Anyway, let us know when you're ready, we usually have rental seats available at most races . . . you could always give it a shot for one race and see how you like it before you rush out and buy a competitive car.

Rental seats??
For an appropriate amount of $$, drivers may rent an available spot to compete in a particular race. Subject to car availability, and driver talent of course.

Funded Drivers / Rental rides are extremely common in virtually all levels of motorsport, even all the way up to Formula 1. Very very few drivers in the world are paid for what they do. And most of those are in Nascar, lol.

So the sponsor pays the driver and then the driver pays the team for a seat in a car?
