I agree really sharp... I need to spend more time again detailing my car once again its been raining off and on...started last night. I scrolled back up to look at your car one last time and I noticed that it must have taken a while to wash and wax it, because you forgot the tires, but again really sharp. Nice job

That redfire really is a beautiful color. Nice parking spot too, wish my car had such a nice place to sit.
rrobello, you must live by me, I had just finished detailing my car, got home and it started to rain. Was grey for the last two days but I didn't expect it to actually rain

I also just Zaino'd the car this weekend, and now it's all wet, oh well, we'll see how good this stuff really is.
I honestly didn't feel that much of a difference with the clay bar, I'd say you can skip this step. Now with an older car....I still have to test it on my 5 year old, always outside accord.
It's so hard to tell if you're spreading the stuff too thin or not. Another two coats go on this weekend. The more the merrier!

Did you notice a difference after claybarring it, or do you think that step was unnecessary given the age of the car?

I started yesterday and it took about 4 hours to get through the Z5. Then he recommends waiting 6 hrs, and it was about 6 oclock, so I waited till today to finish up. Took a couple more hrs today total. so about 6 hrs total work time, which is not bad at all i think.
Luckily, I am in a garage, and I have my old car still, so I drove that today to go get some 100% cotton, made in the USA towels for the job. I am even thinking about driving the old car to work tomorrow...ah i dunno...
Thanks for all the compliments guys!
