Hi there all you mustang folk. New to the board and also the proud owner of a brand spakin' new 06 vista blue GT(pictured in my avatar). I wanna keep my baby looking brand spankin' new and was wondering what would be the best wax to use?

Meguires vs Zaino debate # 207!

My vote is for Zaino. I've used both, Zaino is far superior IMO.

 

i use nu finish for polish then meguires NXT wax

 

Meguiars NXT or Gold Class

 

NXT for my black beauty

 

Nothing but Meguiars NXT products inside and outside, even the car wash

 

Now is there a technique that you guys use to apply it or is it just follow the directions?

About darn time. Now all we need are the same 2-3 pics that scottma posts every time "wax" or "Zaino" are mentioned...

But seriously, if Zaino is the best, why not post other angles of your car instead of the same three pics?

Only Zaino since the year 2000 and could not be happier with a car care product.

 

Your first application should be a polymer sealant. You can usually pick this stuff up at a body shop. Goes on like wax and comes off just as easy.
