Taking care of leather seats on Fords

I thought I had seen some suggestions on this site, but can't find them now.... What do ya'll recommend to clean and condition the leather seats on a Ford Product? I saw in my owner's manual that (of course) Ford recommends their product, but it is over $13 for 8oz.
1) Is there any difference between it and say Meguirs (sp?) or the
Armor-all leather care?
2) Do you treat the leather on the front seats different from the vinyl on the sides and on the back seat?
3) How often do you treat them?

FYI... I will be using it on my '07 Mustang w/ Charcoal Leather and on my '07 Expedition Eddie B. with tan & charcoal leather..

Thanks for any suggestions

I've used Meguire's leather cleaner/conditioner (the cream, not the spray) on my 05 and its done a great job keeping it conditioned--just use it on front & back seats 3-4 times a year & you're in business.

I usually use Armor-All Leather Cleaner. I think I'm going to give Zymol a shot next time, even though I think the Armor-All does a pretty good job. I don't see any reason why you should buy the Ford cleaner.

I guess I gotta try this Meguiar's stuff. I love all of their other products, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be great.

I do notice that after using the Mequairs leather conditioner that the interior smells nice for days. Another plus. Of course I use all their Gold Class products (wash, wax, rubber/vinyl treatment, leather cond.).

I use Lexol leather conditioner wipes for the leather. And Vinylex wipes also from Lexol for the plastic surfaces and dash. Both products are fantastic and don't attract dust.

+1 for Lexol. Conditions the seats and doesn't make the leather overly shiny and slippery like other products I've tried.

Lexol also makes a vinyl conditioner that you could use on the rear seats and the back of the front seats.

Can all these be used on all seating surfaces? Since I know that most of the seat on my 06 is actually vinyl

I'll have to give Mequiar's Gold Class leather conditioner a try based on the comments here.
