usually use a damp rag or a little bit of armorall on the plastic

I have been using ICE Spray Detailer in there with good effect. It leaves a nice finish on the plastic bits and obviously works well on the painted surface. I usually use a micro fibre towel for any and all of my cleaning.

I clean the engine bay weekly with just a simple dusting and then follow that with Detail Spray and MF. For the Hoses and black plastic i use a product called In and Out Spray.

Sorry for not answering guys I have been gone for the last week.

I do use the Adams In and Out but not the Adams Branded version. I actually buy it direct from the people that make it for Adam and get it at about half the cost of what Adam charges.
