Single Stage Paint Detailing

i have a friend who has an older car (60's) and wants me to detail it for him.
been sitting in his garage for about 10-15 years.
its has a one step paint on it and i was wondering if what i do for the newer cars (wash, clay, cleaner, polish, wax) can be done in the same fashion with a car that does not have a clear finish on it.

any advise?
dont want to mess it up....

Original paint, or has it been repainted in the past?

pretty sure its original paint.
from what i understand the car was sitting in grandparents garage for years
then they moved and he took the car and now sits in a shed. he is starting to restore it but has never repainted it.
