There are a lot of products for removing fine scratches in clear coat. I have had good luck with plexiglass polish. I haven't tried it on my 06 Gt, but I have used it on my Chevy Tahoe with great results. Its about as fine a scratch remover as you will find. Its called Novus scratch remover. I used it to polish clear plastic canopies on scale airplane models. I attached a pic. My bottle is about 12 years old, the packaging may be different now. Good Luck

Novus is the defacto standard in polishing plastics and for cleaning playfields in pinball machines too!

If you don't find it in a store, it can be mail ordered:

or even directly from Novus:

Do you have to use a buffer to apply this to a car or can you use something else. I have a black car with some swirl marks.....

Zaino also has a scratch and swirl remover with abrasives in it. This in not the Z5. I have had great results with other products from this company.

I bought the Novus at Regal Plastics in Oklahoma City. I think any plastic mfg. co would carry it. Our local police supply stores sell it now to polish the plastic light bars on our police cars.

I haven't tried Zaino's scratch remover yet, but if it's half as good as their other products I've tried it's probable worth its weight in gold!!!!!!!

Yeah, the Zaino Fusion is a great product, I have used it with great success on light/feather type scratches and swirls. Its a very light diminishing abrasive..best part is you do not have to wash the area you just worked on...wipe it off and go right to the Z2/Z5!!
