Rock Chips On Hood
well can I fix these myself. ive got 2 rock chips near my headlight and 2 or 3 on the hood. thank god they arent peeling. do you think using touchup paint to the spot would work then using a light or mild abrasive to smooth out the little blob of paint down so it was flush with the hood again then polishing and waxing the heck out of it would work?
B) Any good paint shop can do it for you and shouldn't cost an arm and leg.
Avoiding these type of mishaps is the reason we put a clear bra, lights, rocker panels and rear wheel well made by X-pel on ours. Only person who has noticed ours, unless pointed out, was a professional photographer

Thanks for the tip.
I have used the LANGKA "BLOB" eliminator product for three months now. And I get many small chips along the sides of my car from the tires. This product eliminates them totally. I have removed about 16 paint chips so far, and only three big gashes on the from bumper can be seen, but even they are much concealed. Great product.
