Just because they are the most expensive doesn't make them the best. Different people have different tastes and not everyone would call those the absolute best. I actually don't know too many people who would put Wolfgang even close to their favorite product line. Not saying they aren't good, but I would never say any line is the absolute best.
If you really want to see most costly, check out Zymol's high end waxes or Swissvax's line. Far more expensive than anything offered by Pinnacle or Wolfgang.
IMO 90% of how a paint's finish will look is in the prep. If your paint is crap before a wax, it won't look good with a $80 wax on it. If you really want to make your paint look great, concentrate on getting the swirls and scratches out of the paint, then worry about the finishing touch with a wax.

Ok ,
The car has been cleared and wet sanded multiple times, cut and filled and then Polished with every 3M ultrafinesse product there is, finally coated with Wolfgang and Pinnacle products,
Best paint in show all 6 times it has been shown. And several other trophies for other shows that did not judge paint.
So what am I going to brag about, the products that I use and know what
they do.

Use the Mr. Clean soap or washing. I had a GM Bright White Monte Carlo and that stuff got it incredibly clean every time. Meguiar's cleaner wax also did a great job. You wouldn't believe how dirty the sponge/wash mitt/wax applicator came after that combination. All that dirt on the cleaning stuff was stuff that ordinary wash/wax wouldn't get. That, combined with the clay bar and my 10 year old MC looked brand new again! Finish it off with whatever polish/wax you want but for white you can't beat the Mr Clean and cleaner wax just to get it clean.
