I recently clay barred my car for the first time. how often should this be done?

I usually clay bar my cars twice a year or when the surface feels really gritty after a wash. You can probably clay it as much as you want, just depends on how much you want to do it.

Depends on how often you want to wax your car as well. Each time you clay bar you are also striping wax off the car.

Wax at least twice a year so I see no reason not to clay bar before each time.

You really should clay before each wax. This removes the "grit" in the paint that causes swirls.

Thanks for the adivce. I wax a lot in the summer time. I really like to keep a nice shine on it and the clay bar seemed to help out a lot.
