You looking for something that actually cleans or just something that shines the tire? If you're looking just for a good tire shine, Eagle One tire shine is great. They just came out with a special bottle that has an applicator attached to the top of it, not sure how well it works.
If you are looking for something that cleans, I think the Armor All tire foam I used in the past cleaned. I got a bad can that didn't work right and I stopped using any of that stuff.

Try the Eagle One then, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I've used quite a few, and this is easily the best. I also like the shine of Extreme Shine by Armor All, but I have problems with it going on too thick and spray on the car when I drive. Good luck!

I've been using the Armor All gel lately, though I've skipped it the past few washes. It shines the tires nicely, but it's kind of a pain to put on, and I hate it when it gets into all the tiny crevices! The Black Magic tire foam is nice and shiny, but I don't want to use it with the chrome wheels, and have to wash it all off. Just experiment with a few different things. I think I might try the Eagle One stuff Kyle suggested.

I had a customer at my car wash offer to dress my Mustang this weekend with this product, we will see how it wears. I did gently wipe down the tires before I left for the afternoon.

I use Meguiars hot shine high gloss tire gel. It lasts for weeks.

Actually very bad stuff for a tire, the light oils in regular Armor All evaporate and wick the tire's own moisture away leaving them prone to dryrot (actually termed weather cracking) - most if not all tire companies will voids the material and defect warranty if they suspect it has been used (and its pretty easy to tell since the tire takes on a burnished cracked look), Its better to use a product actually formulated for tires, I like Meguiars NXT Generation Insane Shine tire dressing myself. http://www.meguiars.com/?tire-care/N...e-Tire-Coating

I had a sample of the armorall Tire Gel, was not impressed.
Also, use wesleys bleech white with a scrub brush every few washes to remove buildup and brake dust.
