Yes I wash the inside if the wheels wells, as well as the insides of the tires as well as the whole wheel and even put tire dressing on the inside as well as the outside of the tires

I wash once a week if I'm driving the car. Less often in the winter because I drive her less often.

And I try to wash the inner wheel wells, clean the door jams, clean under the hood, polish the exhaust tips and all of that every time I wash.

I've always said that if you grade the appearance of your car on a 1-10 scale, with 10 being the way you'd make it look for a car show, it's far easier to maintain the car at 7 out of 10 than it is to let the car get down to a 3 or 4 and then try to bring it back up.

Whew!! I'm not alone but I do limit the tire dressing on the inside of the tires to 'rotation' time only when they are off the car.

I'm almost 60 years old and started washing our family car when i was around 12 years old. I've always washed the 'wheel wells'. I have a old messed up mitt to wash them with.

Poor Guy. He's been reduced to washing cars after losing the election?

(He got my vote)

I remove the tires from the rims, then wash the inside of the tires then remount them on the rims at least once a month. I also wash the top of the trans and rear axle.

As my mustang is primarily for fun and show.. It rarely sees weather.. But every time I clean the car I wipe the inner portion of my wheel wells and 1-2x per year I remove the wheels and repaint the inner wheel wells. OCD is me.

I painted my wheel wells while I had my wheels off when I got new ones.
