Thanks for the information on the 3M product. You know their products are really good when they are used by all the bodyshops.

I suggest after spending the last 8 days buffing your car you give it a few good coats of a wax/polish to protect you paint.

Yup, used that product for years on black cars and works great. However, I used a buffer. The product goes on really well with their polishing pads. I use a porter-cable polisher on speed setting 3. Just use a fair amount of water.
