A friend just bought this black '14 GT. Brand new car with only 200 miles on it, & a few dealer "installed" swirls. He wanted it perfect, so I got to play! After clay I hit the swirls with a combination of Poorboy's SSR2 & SSR1. Then gave it a thorough polishing with 3D/HD polish, & a coat of Black Hole glaze. I topped it off with a coat of Menzerna Power Lock. Didn't get to take a lot of pics because he came over to pick it up right as I was shooting these, but I did get some nice cloud reflections in the hood. Always cool when you can get a pair of black Stangs together for some pics!

 

It looks awesome! I detailed my Wife's 2104 Platinum white tri coat Edge SEL yesterday and did the Mustang last night.

 

Thanx! We used to have an Expedition that was (I think) white platinum tricoat. Nice color to detail with all the metallic it has.

 

I want to clean my car up real good but the knats around here have been eating me up anytime I go outside.

We HAD the weather! lol! Snow & ice yesterday & frosted windshield this morning. This has been one crappy winter. Supposed to rebound some this weekend. Hope it's nice because I'm detailing a Cobalt SS on Sunday.

I'm a longtime Poorboy's user, but I'm experimenting with Menzerna this year. I just received a bottle of their CL carnauba wax last night, & put a coat on top of the PL sealant. I'm going to a 50th Anny Mustang show at a local dealership Saturday & it's supposed to be fairly sunny. I'll try to get some pics up.
