Do you mean the shipping rates? If so, then the answer is yes. Usually you get contacted by the sales departments with a shipping quote, which you must either accept or decline.
My suggestion for larger parts is: if you don't need the parts quickly, ask the seller to ship them via USPS instead of UPS/FedEx. It might take considerably longer, but the shipping is much cheaper.

Louie,

I suppose you do not intend to include stores for classic Mustang parts?

Anyway, the store that I've used for my Fox also has 05/06 parts:

Late Model Restoration Supply, or 5.0 Resto

5.0 Resto

Hi Marc,

The main purpose of this list is indeed to identify US online stores who ship to European addresses. However, most of them have parts for previous generations of Mustangs too, not just for the S197.

Just an idea to reduce the shipping cost.

There is a company in the UK called Moving Parts and they operate a consolidated shipping service. You get your parts delivered to their depot in the US and they ship a container once a week. I have heard good things about them and they sponsor a couple of the UK American car clubs

Details are here: http://www.moving-parts.com/

Thanks James, I'll contact them and ask if they can help me with the next mods: wheels, brake kits, suspension kit. Those are parts I wouldn't want to pay UPS shipping fees for!

Hi Louie:

Lots of heads must turn in Holland when you cruise around!

Could you please add North American Tuning to your list of companies that export to Europe? Florian contacted me and we're now in touch. We provide quotes including air and insurance to the customer's door. We just need an email to tell us what to quote for and a delivery address.

Thanks.
