Tried the search and not a lot came up...

Just wondering what everyone's choice of songs are for in the Mustang that just make life seem good... i.e. what's worth checking out...

There's the mandatory "Route 66" and "Riding along in my automobile" and of course "Mustang Sally" but what else just brings out the best in the car?

Want to get some stuff on the MP3 Player before heading back the Middle East and hopefully getting a test drive / order placed

1. Pennywise - Live at the Key Club
2. Guttermouth - Mix of different albums
3. Sublime - 40 oz. to Freedom
4. Jack Johnson - In Between Dreams
5. Green Day - Bullet in a Bible

I don't have access to my cd collection at the moment, so I can't put them on my comp for mp3's.

I went for a Sony network walkman... I prefer the tactile feedback on the buttons over the Ipod's completley smooth touch-pad sensor thingy... I find the ipod hard to use without taking my eyes off the road, but no problems with the Sony.

Have over 200 cds. Son has them loaded onto his computer and IPOD. It took days, but we turned them into 30 or so cds for the Mustang, loading only my faves! If it was popular in the 70's,80's or 90's it's in the car - even a few from this century! After all was said and done, he says "you know, I could have put these in MP3 format for you." All songs had to be fast, nothing slow in the Stang! I've asked him for MP3s for Christmas - he says this old dog needs to learn a new trick!

Death From Above 1979.

If you are:
1. Young. (oldies won't get this music; or will look poseur listening to it)
2. Can see the value of big fuzzy bass, and banging drums, and THAT'S IT.
3. Like Driving fast.
4. A hipster.

then check this band out. Not EVERYones cup-o-tea, but some people will like it. It makes me want to drive fast. Sometimes dangerously fast (luckily the v-6 prohibits me from doing so!)

Currently listening to the entire Lacuna Coil discography. Never even heard of the band until about 3 weeks ago. Seriously addicted now, especially their latest "Karmacode"
