Looked at a Charger SRT8 and even thought about the Magnum but wanted to stick with Ford. At the time our parent company was Dailmer Chrysler so we got the employee discounts.

When not driving the Mustang I do drive an 2003 F-250 4dr 4wd 6.0 diesel

Gotta say it would be either a Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT or a Mercury Marauder (black only).

 

I can't believe I'm writing this, but I would probably check out a black G8 at my local Pontiac dealer. Yes, it has 4 doors but so does the Charger and I feel it's the better looking car. I also believe you can get a 6 speed in the G8 if you want one. Not sure about it, but I think so.

 

My dail;y driver a 2006 F-150 Super Crew 4x4 with 5.4L (12mpg) or at the time I was also looking at 2003-2004 C5 Vette Z06 Black.

 

I would still be driving my 2005 Cavalier! If it were not for the Mustang I wouldn't even bother getting a new car at this time.... Anyone wanna buy a Cavalier? I still have it. It's been a great car! I'd rather have it than that new Focus that looks like Joan Rivers had one too many facelifts...

If there was no Mustang or I could not get one, I would consider an older white Focus 3door and put the blue Shelby stripes on it like the European Fiesta ST. However I have experieced a white 2007 VW GTI which was a car my best friend had and that was an awsome little car. It was part of the inspiration for me appreciating the black on white of my new Mustang with the black interior.

 

Well, probably one of my other Mustangs, if not that, then maybe another F-series.

 

A G37, or a GTO, or maybe the new G8, something RWD, and I actually considered all of those before I bought the stang.

 

Probably a G35 ; I was seriously considering it but just couldn't resist the S197's combo of great styling & performance for the price.

 

Probably would've bought a used Lightning or a new F150. Maybe even a Charger.

 

When I bought the mustang I was also looking at a BMW 325. I hated the test drive and the fact that it was 4 doors though. I wanted to look at a G35 but I found my current car and was able to get the price I wanted before I got to the Infiniti dealership. Either way I was going to get a car as my 3 year old Dakota started blowing trannys every 1500 miles or so at 41,000. What can I say, its a Dodge.

I also like new Pontiac G8, but it's kinda pricey for me.

 

F-150 or Ranger, Almost bought a Ranger instead of my first V6 Mustang, almost waited for the '09 F-150 instead of my second Mustang. Not sure why i keep buying these darn Mustangs...
