What is this noise?

My car started squeaking from the right rear wheel a few months ago. A couple weeks ago I took it to a shop and the mechanic took apart the rear differential and found nothing wrong. He looked everywhere else in the rear including the brakes and said everything was fine. He replaced the wheel bearings just to see if that could be the problem. Afterwards the noise stopped for a couple days. Now its back and squeaking worse than ever. The wheels on the right side of my car are warped also, if that could have anything to do with it.

It's most likely a dent in the rotor

Try applying the brakes when you hear the noise
if it goes away check all the brake hardware

It does it whether I'm hitting the brakes or not. It does it on and off. Sometimes it's loud sometimes it's faint.
