It seems that the foxbody is always sought after.....we have had 2 & have also had 2 newer stangs a 1995 & 2005. Im just curious as to what most people really love, older or newer....?

I love 'em all if they are maintained well. I don't like rust buckets or abused examples.
Nothing beats a sweet 'show car' from the '60's or early '70's, but for driving purposes I want what I have now. I would never trade mine for an old one unless it made financial sense.

I agree with NCO7 in that I like them all, even the much maligned Mustang II. My favorites, however, would be 67 to 70 fastbacks, 87 to 93, 99 to 2004 and lastly 2011 to 2014 which is what I currently own.
I am thus far reserving judgement on the 2015 until I see it in person but from the photos I have seen I'm just not a fan of how the front end is designed. The headlamps do not work in symmetry with the rest of the front end.

No car, repeat NO CAR will ever compete in the looks department with any incarnation of a 1969 Mustang.

I have had a 65 (1st car) 89, 92, 93, 99 cobra and now 2013. I really like the 2013 all the new bells and whistle great power nice looks but I will end up getting a Fox coupe again. I just like the body style of the Foxes. I guess Foxes are the middle age mustang

I never met a Mustang I didn't like
A family friend bought a then-new '72 Mach 1 - bright red and he took me at 7 years old for a drive in it. 351 with the Ram Air. Nice.
A neighbour had a '69 Boss 302 in Grabber Blue. I remember asking him what that big box on his dash that said "Fuzzbuster" was. I loved the rumbly sound it made
In 1975 I tried to convince my dad to buy a Mustang, but he settled on its cousin, the Maverick because it was cheaper.
Then I was driven to elementary school for a year in a '65 Mustang convertible. I felt like a king! Then in the 90's drove a mid 80's Fox body through the Parkway in NC.
I did go a little soft on them right after they phased out the Fox body, but there are a few I do like from that era (the Mach 1 for one). Then when the 05 came out I thought they'd really hit a home run, styling-wise and I've liked the S197s ever since.
I am a little bit sour on the "snout" of the 2013-2014 in comparison to previous years, but I wouldn't kick one out of the garage!

while all Mustangs are Iconic, the one that I regret not getting was a black 2001 Shelby Cobra convertible with manual. What a perfect car ! Size, convertible, great engine, independent suspension.
Oh well my loss. Too be honest did not know how perfect this car was when I went to look at it. After missing sale, I found out just what I missed.
