Last weekend was the annual Goodwood Festival of Speed in the United Kingdom. And this year’s event was the most diverse Festival of Speed in the event’s history. Not only did it include drifters for the first time ever, but it also had a few exhibitions from everyone’s favorite Hoonigan in Chief, Ken Block.

First, Block did a few laps up the famous hillclimb course in his 850 horsepower, AWD Hoonicorn. And then he one-upped himself by actually taking a passenger along for the ride. And not just anyone, but Lord March himself, the man who began the Festival and owns the land where the event is hosted.

However, during one of the exhibitions, while Lord March was in the Hoonicorn, Ken Block overcooked one of the corners while drifting and ended up in the infamous hillclimbs hay bales. And all of it was caught on tape by the Goodwood cinematographers, as you can see in the video below.

Thankfully, both gents were fine, and the car remained intact. But that was definitely a pucker incident, not just the near-crash, but also almost killing the man who puts on the show!
