V8 goodies on a v6?

Before I start I'd like everyone to know ahead of time that I'm a GT owner and making this post to see what other GT owners think. I was wonder what you all thought about V6 mustangs that use the V8 bumpers, emblems, and etc. Also does this also extend to V6 mustangs sporting bumpers from cobras, roushs, gt500's, and Eleanor mustang bumpers?

I don't understand your obsession with V6 vs V8 cars, who cares. It sounds to me like you are the only one who does and your just trying to stir the pot.

Not v8 vs v6. This thread wasnt even for v6 members. Just a way to find out what a majority of v8 owners think.

On second thought....... maybe I have pissed off V6 owners because I have a V6 pony pkg spoiler on my far superior V8 GT.

Ohhhhh well at least now the V6 owners know they need not reply to a V8 owners only thread.

I said "what GT owners think about v6 owners doing that. That doesn't mean v6 vs v8 just how GT owners feel when they see a v6 with GT bumpers. For instance, like when a v6 owner uses the bumpers and tries to pass his car off as a gt is just one example.

As long as you have a GT you can voice your opinion as a GT owner.

No the other thread was made so I could see how a majority of V8 owners view v6 owners. This thread is to see what only gt owners think of v6 mustangs sporting GT equipment.

Aesthetically speaking: The spoilers, seats, rockers, body, 10-12 hoods, tail lights, rear valences (10 GT and 11 V6) back panels, trim, are basically the same.

With the exception of emblems, grille, fogs, a subtlety different front bumper, and upgraded items like brakes and wheels, it's basically the same shlt. (Aesthetically)

As far as cars sporting "GT" equipment, Ford purposely manufactured their parts to be easily interchanged between the two. This allows them to create many different cars with buyer chosen options. All this to raise price point and increase sales.

As far as "GT equipment"

Example: some late model performance package V6s come with GT CS wheels. In 2003-04, the GT hood scoop became standard on V6 models. In addition, the 01 COBRA wheels were introduced as options for not only GTs but V6s also.

What then?

Honestly I don't know. Make a lot of good points about this. A shame others can't add something logical to the thread.

Then you don't need to post in them.

The only thing that is dumb imo, is the emblems. Otherwise, who cares. What's the difference in doing that vs body kits? If it looks good, it shouldn't matter.
